    Position Overview

    FlyExclusive is seeking an experienced AOG Technician to support rapid-response aircraft maintenance for its expanding fleet of business jets. This role requires a highly skilled A&P technician capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing aircraft in off-site locations under time-critical conditions.

    The ideal candidate is self-directed, resourceful, and able to provide exceptional service while ensuring airworthiness, safety, and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to AOG events quickly and professionally to return aircraft to service

    • Troubleshoot and repair systems including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, landing gear, engines, and avionics-related components

    • Perform structural and mechanical repairs on a variety of business jet platforms

    • Conduct inspections, operational checks, and post-maintenance testing

    • Maintain clear communication with Maintenance Control, Flight Operations, and Dispatch

    • Document all work performed in accordance with FAA and FlyExclusive requirements

    • Coordinate parts sourcing, tooling, and logistical needs for remote operations

    • Provide exceptional customer service to flight crews, passengers, and internal stakeholders

    • Ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism while working in remote environments

    Qualifications

    • Valid FAA A&P License required

    • 3–5+ years of recent experience maintaining corporate or commercial aircraft

    • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently

    • Experience with one or more of the following aircraft types preferred:

      • Citation, Gulfstream, Challenger, Falcon, or similar business jets

    • Ability to interpret AMM, IPC, wiring diagrams, MEL/CDL, and engineering documents

    • Must be able to travel frequently, including nights, weekends, and short-notice missions

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

    Preferred Experience

    • Prior AOG or field maintenance experience

    • Experience with Part 135 operations

    • Familiarity with digital maintenance tracking systems (CAMP, Trax, Corridor, etc.)
