AOI DISTRIBUTION INC, an independent regional distributor for Medacta and Skeletal Dynamics, both leaders in the orthopedic implant industry. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Associate responsibilities include attending to hospitals and physicians to improve customer service and to provide local resources to our customers for all their related needs.

• The Sales Associate uses their product knowledge to present, demonstrate and ensure proper utilization of Medacta and Skeletal Dynamic products. All products must be promoted for their approved indication only. The Sales Associate becomes a trusted member of the hospital's team assisting the operating room staff with their needs.

• The Sales Associate is required to achieve a level of respect and trust which leads to invitations by customers to participate in discussions involving Medacta and Skeletal Dynamics products and instruments. These activities are expected to broaden and deepen the company's customer base in the territory.

• The Sales Associate must achieve a high level of expertise and competence, as well as a reputation for integrity.

• The Sales Associate must be able to work flexible hours and have a good sense of time management. This is a Trauma based company with a fluid schedule. Surgeries can often be added on, canceled, and changed at a moment’s notice.

• The Sales Associate must have great organizational skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for restocking inventory and logistical movements to ensure the proper equipment and inventory is ready for each surgery.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

-       Bachelor’s Degree required

-       Comfortable in surgery/operating room environment 

-       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-       Knowledge and background of anatomy preferred

-       Valid US driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle

-       Ability to lift up to 40lbs
