Perform basic startup and shutdown procedures for AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipment.
Understand machine operations, process flow, and component concepts (thru-hole and SMT).
Learn to read component values, polarity, and orientation using assembly drawings and bills of materials.
Develop AOI programming skills and demonstrate strong computer proficiency.
Inspect products to IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards and customer-specific requirements.
Use inspection and gauging equipment to verify compliance with quality standards.
Take ownership of work quality, maintaining accuracy, neatness, and reliability.
Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate issues or quality concerns promptly.
Suggest improvements and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
Meet qualifications: high school diploma/GED, prior electronic assembly experience, ability to sit/stand/bend frequently, and familiarity with AOI and measurement tools.
