    AOTMP an innovative global telecom consulting organization is looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager.  This individual will focus on hunting and closing new business driving revenue growth.  As a member of the Business Development team you will be consulting with world-class enterprises about their Telecom/IT/Mobility environments.

    Selling both products and solutions which will help your prospects by increasing measurable efficiency, productivity and performance within their telecom environment. We provide professional sales training! 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prospect and identify opportunities to sell AOTMP stack solutions
    • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain data cleanliness (update contact and account information based on research), manage prospects and track opportunities
    • Actively manage pipeline to meet or exceed monthly goals
    • Drive sales efforts through targeted campaigns and extensive follow up
    • Effectively manage time and resources to achieve high productivity and efficiency
    • Leverage social selling techniques as well as traditional prospecting techniques to exceed goal
    • Set high standards of performance for self and others
    • Professionalism when dealing with external and internal customers

     

    REQUIREMENTS SKILLS:

    • 2–3 years of consultative/solutions sales experience in telecom and/or training
    • We provide sales training.
    • Previous record of selling desktop training or advisory experience is preferred
    • Strong hunting and closing skills
    • Ability to learn and articulate new solution sets
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
    • The ability to thrive in a strategic, consultative sales environment
    • Highly motivated with a positive “do whatever it takes” attitude and a strong desire to be successful by closing sales.
    • Team player with the ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management (internal and external)
    • Microsoft Office, Linkedin, and Salesforce applications experience
    • Must be able to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue quota
