    AOTMP is currently seeking a Software Automation Developer to join our dynamic team located on the NW side of Indianapolis, Indiana.  This individual is responsible for the designing, development, and support of data integration and automation solutions using software automation platforms. They will work closely with our Enterprise Services team to deliver automation capabilities to enhance file uploading, processing, and data entry for one of our core teams.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Understand the business requirements to design and develop automation and integration solutions
    • Design and develop solutions to enhance and accelerate data entry and file processing
    • Incorporate new automation solutions like UIPath or other RPA software into environment
    • Develop JavaScript scripts to perform required data manipulations
    • Communicate and present business / technical processes to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Participate in analysis of information systems problems and the development of applicable solutions
    • Demonstrate flexibility and innovation to meet the demands of an ever-changing and entrepreneurial environment
    • Other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • The ideal candidate will have 3 yrs. experience or more developing automation and business intelligence solutions using ETL and RPA tools.
    • Knowledge of multiple RPA solutions a plus
    • Experience with cloud platforms and service like Salesforce, Azure, and AWS a plus
    • Proficient in JavaScript
    • Good understanding of database design and development concepts
    • Good understanding of software development concepts
    • Bachelor's degree in information Systems, Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work-related experience
    • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
    • A well-organized and self-directed individual
    • Authorized to work in the United States
