WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• How to research new companies
• Learn how to work with Salesforce, the #1 CRM software on the market
• Learn the process of creating an online course
• How to interact and create custom reports through an LMS (Learning Management System)
• Work with technical writers to create compelling content
• Interact with marketing on social media campaigns for all content

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Research information for our analysts and technical writers
• Use writing skills to contribute to the content
• Assist in reviewing eLearning courses prior to publication in our online university
• Assist in research on new companies
• Assist in the writing and editing of content

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently attending a College or University and pursuing a degree in English, Journalism, or a similar degree.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred
• Interest in Research, Journalism, or Technical Writing and Editing
• Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
• Teachable and embracing best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
• Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges
• Excellent written, oral, and communication/presentation skills
