Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate Location: Grandview, Ohio (In-Person) Pay Range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable AP/AR Associate to support our finance operations. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Grandview office.

Responsibilities:

Process customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments

Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies

Sort and distribute incoming mail

Answer phones, scan, file, and enter data as needed

Manage office supply orders and inventory

What You Bring:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (ERP experience a plus)

Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks

Dependable, positive attitude, and a willingness to take initiative
