We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented AP/AR Support Specialist to join our team! You'll provide administrative and operational support to our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.

Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
Monitor incoming mail and email inboxes for invoices and route them appropriately for processing
Assist with processing bill payments for smaller dollar amounts (under $500) and ACH payments following established procedures
Assist with vendor payment support, including processing, organizing, and uploading vendor invoices
Support check deposit processing, including data entry and documentation
Assist with payment processing and basic reporting related to internal programs and mailer expenses
Perform routine audits and reviews of small-balance invoices to ensure accuracy
Assist with tracking and auditing physical access items such as keys, fobs, and remotes to ensure records are accurate
Provide phone coverage as needed, including answering and routing calls
Assist with tracking and organizing Certificates of Insurance
Complete additional administrative and accounting support tasks as assigned
