  • Responsibilities

    Small, stable, and growing construction firm is looking for an AP Coordinator / Accounting Clerk to join the team. In this role you'll focus on Accounts Payable including monitoring, inputting invoices, tracking approval processes, etc. You'll also have an opportunity to support general accounting tasks such as month end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, etc. This is an opportunity with a close-knit, supportive team in a friendly environment.

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years of AP (Accounts Payable) or general accounting experience. Candidates with less experience but an Associates or Bachelors degree will also be considered.
    • Excel
    • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, enthusiasm, desire to learn

    Pluses

    • ERP experience, especially with Great Plains or Microsoft Dynamics/D365
    • Construction or similar industry experience
