    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated AP/IB Calculus and Physics Tutor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for career educators who are passionate about teaching advanced STEM subjects and want consistent hours, long-term growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic journeys.

    Schedule & Commitment

    Monday–Thursday: Consistent weekday availability required

    • One Weekend Day

    24–30 hours per week

    Key Responsibilities

    Deliver high-quality, one-on-one and small group tutoring in:

    AP/IB Calculus

    AP/IB Physics

    Develop personalized lesson plans based on student needs and goals

    Track student progress and provide detailed session notes

    Assign and review homework to reinforce learning

    Prepare students for exams, assessments, and long-term academic success

    Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrative staff

    Qualifications

    Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field

    Proven experience tutoring or teaching AP and/or IB-level Calculus and Physics

    Ability to clearly explain complex concepts in an engaging, student-friendly way

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent scheduling

    Compensation & Benefits

    Competitive hourly compensation $60-$110/hr (based on subject)

    Consistent weekly hours (24–30 hours/week)
