SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives visitors and telephone calls to the office, determines nature of business, and directs callers to destination by performing the following duties. Duties and responsibilities included the following listed below. Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree(GED); minimum of one year related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and write in English; ability to organize files, knowledge of general office procedures. Ability to respect confidentiality of information. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that could arise during the course of business.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
· Competent in using word processing computer programs;
· Demonstrate organization and communication skills with knowledge of general office procedures including: ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and details, ability to work well with others;
· Must have excellent telephone skills;
· Must submit a valid Texas driver's license for review, a clear driving record, current automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation available if necessary. Thereafter, the employee must maintain an acceptable driving record throughout employment.
