Certified Addiction Counselor (This is a hybrid-based position): -Conduct substance abuse assessment, individual counseling and group counseling. -Attend weekly treatment team meetings. -Document electronic medical record. -Complete weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements: Must have CAC or equivalent SA recognized certification.
