    Bartender

    Summary:

    The Bartender is responsible for taking beverage & food orders, preparing and serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to restaurant specifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications

    • Helping guests choose menu items or guiding them through drink options

    • Taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their time at the restaurant or event

    • Keeping the bar stocked and clean while providing friendly and attentive service

    • Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages

    Must Haves:

    The ideal candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age as well as two year(s) experience as a Bartender or Bar-back. Fluency in English (both verbal and non-verbal), legible communication skills, and knowledge of basic arithmetic are also musts.

    a. Eligible to participate in company subsidized medical and life insurance plans, Dental and Vision

    available for employee to participate.

    b. Eligibility to participate in employee funded supplemental benefit programs, i.e., disability.

    c. Eligible to participate in 401(k) plan after six months of service. The company will match 50% of

    employee contribution up to 4% of the employee's annual pay.
