Offering a comprehensive collection of original music, APM Music provides media producers and content creators with access to nearly 1 million high-caliber tracks specifically for use in film, television, radio, podcast, advertising, gaming, social and new media productions.

    THE ROLE

    APM Music is looking for passionate and ambitious candidates for the position of Account Coordinator -- Sports Market to join our growing team.

    As a member of the Sports Market's sales team, you'll be taking on a role that's both client-facing and cross-functional. From assisting with prospecting and outreach and participating in client calls, to owning the post-sale client experience, you'll be joining a determined and tight-knit team where everyone carries their weight and executes above & beyond expectations.

    The ideal candidate is passionate about sports and music, driven in his/her career aspirations, eager to make and impact and considered an excellent communicator. At various points throughout the year (or day), the Account Coordinator could be making a big push to acquire new University clients, servicing existing NFL, NBA or NHL partners, hosting a call with a major broadcaster or gambling operator, or scouring the internet for prospect contact info.     WHAT YOU'LL DO...

    • Outbound prospecting - research and contact potential clients via email, social
    • Manually follow up with clients on aging opportunities
    • Quote clients based on internal rate cards and/or market pricing
    • Assist finance with overdue invoice follow-ups
    • Enter music searches, lyric requests, re-record and stem requests
    • Host live tutorials and onboarding of new clients/users
    • Work with Account Executives to identify and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    • Draft music license agreements in Salesforce
    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to convert them into sales opportunities
    • Have a consultative approach to identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Set up client meetings or calls between prospective clients and APM Account Executives
    • Present product demos that speak to a client's business objectives
    • Keep a constant eye & ear out for news and opportunities relating to current accounts, or potential prospects.

    WHO YOU ARE...

    • 1-3 years' experience in sales prospecting, account service or account development role
    • Ability to multi-task and keep the team and your tasks organized
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
    • Knowledge of and passion for sports or music (ideally both)
    • Technically savvy
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable making outbound calls to customers
