Offering a comprehensive collection of original music, APM Music provides media producers and content creators with access to nearly 1 million high-caliber tracks specifically for use in film, television, radio, podcast, advertising, gaming, social and new media productions.

    THE ROLE

    The Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing APM's back-office systems.  As part of the APM technology team, the QA Analyst attends scrum ceremonies to provide realistic estimates to ensure adequate test coverage.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop, run, and evaluate test plans and scripts to ensure web and API software quality and performance.
    • Troubleshoot problems and evaluate potential solutions, guiding the development teams.
    • Write requirements and specifications for tests, including anticipated problems.
    • Document findings, analyses, and summary recommendations.

    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst or Engineer, in an Agile Scrum environment
    • Experience testing web applications
    • Experience with Jira
    • Experience with Salesforce a plus
    • SQL skills a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bonus: knowledge of and experience in the production music business
