The Role
We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our East Coast-based Sports team. T his is a remote role but the candidate must work ET hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).
Key Responsibilities:
Host engaging live presentations for new and renewing clients to ensure they can efficiently find music
Handle internal and external scheduling for designated Account Executives
Engage and educate clients on music director and other APM offerings and services
Manage client log ins: creation, deactivation, troubleshooting log in issues
Manage pipeline in Salesforce CRM
Follow up with clients for usage reporting
Keep track of upcoming renewals and collaborate with Account Executives on strategy, action items and proposal creation
Analyze client reporting and health: Grow positive signals/behaviors and intervene on negative signals
Liaise between Sports team and Marketing department on a number of recurring and one-off marketing projects, including but not limited to email campaigns, social media initiatives, landing pages and pitch decks
Organize and maintain current and relevant account and contact information in the CRM
Run a variety of reports using Salesforce CRM and other internal databases
Stay up to date with industry / competitive landscape / new product features / services
Enter music searches, lyric requests, re-record and stem requests into the CRM for fulfillment and communicate back to clients accordingly
Take detailed notes on internal and external zoom/video calls and execute action items resulting from meetings
Keep clients up to date on additions / updates to APM search experience and/or services
Manage and execute timely outreach to teams (clients & prospects) at key points in their season/business cycle
Have a consultative approach to identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions, products and/or services
Create genuine rapport and trust with existing clients and their teams
Stay current on industry trades / trends / happenings and a day-to-day basis

Qualifications
Passion for sports and music
Experience in customer success or similar positions
Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and keep up with your tasks, as well as the team's
Solutions-oriented mindset
Critical thinking, ability to speak up in a group and offer suggestions to optimize exiting processes and procedures
Comfortable taking inbound calls, making outbound calls to customers
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Intermediate Excel skills
Outgoing, friendly personality. Able to give and receive feedback. Curious. Able to follow clear direction
Solid note-taking skills
Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Effective public speaker with the ability to go beyond following a script and articulate presentations to diverse audiences
Self-starter while not being afraid to ask questions
