PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER
APM Real Estate is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to join our team. This Bookkeeper will support management and the employee workforce in all aspects of accounting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Record day to day financial transactions
· Banking: reconcile bank accounts
· Knowledge of chart of accounts and construction breakdown per property
· Complete tax forms
· Run weekly payroll and accurately track/apply employees’ paid time off
· Prepare monthly financial reports to management
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
· Associates degree preferred
· At least two years of related experience required
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· Strong computer literacy skills
· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to function well in a demanding environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Buildium experience a plus
