Job Description: The Department of Workforce Development is currently seeking an Application System Analyst/Programmer Senior. This position will support the DWD workforce systems including but not limited to Indiana Career Ready (ICR), Indiana Career Connect (ICC), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) interfaces, InTraining, ACP, Inters, Budget, Last Known Employer, eWotc.  What you will be doing: • Design, test, debug and document new application solutions and/or make enhancements or modification to the existing DWD applications • Supports, troubleshoots, and maintains production DWD applications as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing timely follow-up on identified issues • Monitors and reports to management on status of project efforts • Prepare test programs, data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams • Participates in the definition of system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business user needs and requirements • Involved in the delivery of technical business solutions to customers • Promotes the utilization of technical services to resolve business issues within the agency • Assist management in documentation including software program, user manual, system requirements and sometimes with the project plans • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks or small projects concurrently • Available for occasional on-call responsibilities on the DWD applications   Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology. A combination of experience and accredited college and/or graduate training may be considered. Experience in the following technologies: MVC, C# .NET, SQL, AZURE, JAVA   Concentration in Information Technology or a related field preferred.   Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology. Bachelor's Degree  | DWD is looking for a .Net Developer for a 12 month assignment with possible extension. -Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED Onsite interviews are REQUIRED for this position.
