APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION: BURBANK, CA 91504

POSITION: CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

PAY RATE: $25/HR DOE

DURATION: 6 MONTHS

Our client is one of the largest non-profit healthplan founded in 1945 which offers comprehensive, affordable health coverage plans for individual & family, Medicare, employers, and large group.

SUMMARY

THIS RESOURCE WILL:

• Manage the broker support inbox
• Handle inbound broker support phone calls
• Perform regional broker attachments
• Participate in system and application testing for QIRB (Client’s project)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum one (1) year of experience performing either in a detailed accounting, health care operation, claims or complex multifunction service operations.

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

• Basic spreadsheet (Excel) and word processing (Word) skills required.

• Good written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

At a minimum, a 7-year background check, education verification, employment verification, and drug screen will be conducted upon hire. Your suitability for employment is contingent upon successfully passing these required pre-employment screenings.
