About the Role:

Join Livwell Pain Management LLC as an APRN and be a vital part of our dedicated team in West Haven, CT. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate care to patients seeking relief from chronic pain while working in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pain management.

Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Educate patients on pain management techniques and lifestyle modifications.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Stay current with advancements in pain management practices.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing

Current APRN license in the state of Connecticut.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as APRN preferred, however, new graduates will also be considered

Strong clinical assessment, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.

Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications preferred.
