Job Title: Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified PA-C or NP with at least one year of extensive HRT experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about functional medicine, eager to learn continuously, and committed to educating and prescribing based on each client’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive consultations and follow-ups for HRT patients.

Prescribe and manage treatment plans including HRT, peptides, stem cells, and exosomes.

Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle optimization, and long-term health goals.

Collaborate with our aesthetics team for cross-referrals (lasers, injectables, microneedling). Certification in injections is not required.

Thrive in a no-insurance clinic model by focusing on direct patient care.

Qualifications:

Active PA-C or NP license in TX.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on HRT experience.

Familiarity with peptides, stem cells, and exosomes.

Prior experience in a no-insurance clinic setting (minimum 1 year).

Knowledge of aesthetics treatments (lasers, injectables, microneedling).

Strong communication and patient education skills.
