    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office. The duties include answering phones, go through mail, manage the office and order any needed supplies, assist accounting.

    Responsibilities

    · Answer all incoming calls to the office.

    · Sort, scan, and route mail in a timely manner.

    · Manage mailing supplies including postage meter.

    · Prepare outbound mail and checks.

    · Maintain property files.

    · Welcome office visitors, including receive packages.

    · Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable, including bank deposits from vendors.

    · Handle other office ad-hoc duties such as placing orders and running errands for the company.

    Qualifications

    Proven working experience in property management.

    High school diploma/GED required.

    2-3 years Property Management or Assistant Manager experience

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills

    Experience with property management software preferred.
