Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a California-licensed attorney interested in business and environmental law!  Environmental company seeking part-time remote contract attorney to review contracts, supervise the work of legal assistant(s), and represent the interests of the company when required.  No litigation is involved, as the company has a retained litigation attorney.

No experience necessary—all training will be provided.  All that is required is that the candidate be licensed to practice law in California and be willing and able to work remotely home or from any other location nationwide of their choosing.

The working schedule is extremely flexible, and the hours are between 10 and 60 per month, depending on workload and availability of the remote attorney candidate.

Candidate is guaranteed to receive $150.00 per hour, including compensation for training time.  Commissions are also available on a case-by-case basis at percentages to be negotiated.  No benefits are offered, but all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the remote attorney will be reimbursed.  A laptop will be provided to the applicant upon hire for their use.
