As a Clinic Director at Empower PT & Fitness, you are providing exceptional patient care while also having the opportunity to grow and develop a team of clinical and non-clinical teammates. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading others and still wants to keep their treatment skills sharp!

Clinic Director Responsibilities:

● Responsible for clinic KPIs

● Actively sees about 49 patients per week including 5 new patients

● Evaluate job performance for the staff at their clinic while providing opportunities for advancement

● Participate in leadership meetings (biweekly), leads and coordinates clinic meetings

(weekly), participates in FD meetings (weekly), and CD meetings (monthly)

● Participate and assist with the All Staff Meeting Presentations (monthly)

● Identify roadblocks to productivity, overall staff engagement and clinic performance/

growth

● Manage staff schedules for the clinic to guarantee proper coverage

● Monitor and provide marketing stats

● Monitor and provides clinic stats

● Create goals to achieve patient success and meet larger business objectives

● Monitors individual clinician statistics to track incentives

● Oversee various trackers (Clinical Outcome Tracker, 5 Day Forecast, Percent

Prescribed, Scorecard, Staff PTO Tracker)

● Solicit reviews and success stories promoted for each patient

● Train new staff

● Promote Empower core values throughout the practice through leadership coaching

and using the tools from Disc training to promote a healthy work culture and ethics

● Safety Manager for your clinic

● Reports into the Director of Operations

Position Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Active State of Michigan licensure as a Physical Therapist

5+ years of management experience

Experience in outpatient orthopedics

Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

Passion for leading and developing others
