Digital Project Manager | Business Analyst | Quality Assurance
Job Description
The Digital Project Manager role will work in conjunction and collaboration with the Digital Engagement Partners (Product Owners), Project Stakeholders, and Development Team members to help manage digital product portfolios. This is accomplished by deep requirements gathering and analysis of business process and data, to create deliverables that outline ticket level work for the development team. The PM/BA also acts as a quality assurance tester to ensure all business requirements are tested, analyzed, and delivered. REPORTS TO: DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT LEADER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Act as project liaison between Digital Engagement Partner, Development Team, and Business Stakeholders o Elicit and distill project requirements from stakeholders that the Digital Engagement Partner identifies as meeting business objectives and expectations o Requirements gathering/writing into Jira tickets to be worked by the development teams Coordinated with UX or Dev Leads o Communicate updates on assigned deliverables Data, process/workflows, asset/content collection, comp/design feedback, and other business requests o Perform and/or support quality assurance, user-acceptance testing, and adoption/training where needed Write comments, follow-up tickets, or other communications as needed for teams or stakeholders • Assist in monthly/quarterly analytics reporting • Support ongoing initiatives and products in the GIS Digital Marketing agile scrum cadence and portfolios of work • Perform troubleshooting and technical steps as needed in order to assist stakeholders in understanding technical issues and limitations • Help Digital Engagement Partner to manage backlog, epics/versions, capital/expense labels and flags on Jira tickets • Log all time worked to Jira tickets MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience • Experience with Digital Marketing preferred • 3+ years experience in information technology preferred, with a focus on projects including websites, portals, apps, mobile, data integration, analytics • 3+ years working directly with business teams preferred, in a role understanding and translating business needs into technical implementation • Demonstrated expertise in understanding workflows and business process, identifying issues and providing solutions that leverage relevant technologies EXPERIENCE: • Excellent oral and written communication skills required • Organizational skills a with strong time-management skills are a must! • Experience with project management, scrum/kanban agile methodologies, and the software development life cycle process required • Experience with manufacturing B2C, B2B environment is preferred • Has participated in the development of digital product releases • Experience in generating requirements to successfully meet business needs • Flexibility and adaptability to perform in high-volume, fast paced, and dynamic environment • Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate and manage cross-functional projects involving global processes, cross-functional teams, and third party vendors
_This position will be remote during the pandemic, but once offices open back up, they prefer someone to be onsite at company in Toledo. 100% remote candidates will be considered as well. _
