The Scribe Performance Coach drives service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction for their assigned site through leadership, coaching, development, and collaboration of a team of Scribes. This role works closely with the facility clients and the medical scribe team. There is a strong opportunity for growth here and potential for upward mobility. • Build strong employee loyalty through accurate and timely communication.
• Coach and mentor Scribe team utilizing tools such as SMART goals provided by AQuity.
• Chart Audits, ensuring to recognize, interpret and evaluate inconsistencies, discrepancies and inaccuracies in Scribe charts and working with Scribes to improve these.
• Provide feedback to help improve any aspect of the project.
• Provide updates weekly on Scribe chart audit results to the Head Scribe. All other task/projects as assigned.

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year or more of RECENT medical scribe experience
• Proficient with Microsoft, basic computer skills, willingness to learn new software products quickly, quick learner, detail oriented, organized.
• 18 years of age or older
• Reliable mode of transportation
• EMR/EHR experience
• Looking for long-term career
• Ability to work from home and also within a healthcare facility
