About the Role:
We are looking for a responsive, detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Office Support Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be a key player in our day-to-day operations, helping to keep schedules on track, finances in order, and customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage invoicing, track accounts receivable/payable, and assist with deposits and deposit recording
Confirm field staff timesheets, calendar, and GC sign-offs
Support leadership team with administrative needs
Maintain accurate job files and digital records
Order and track office and job site supplies
Help with basic marketing: emails and occasional mailers
Prepare bank deposits and handle general office mail
Qualifications:
Previous AR/AP or bookkeeping experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Comfortable multitasking and working independently
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Self-motivated and proactive problem solver
What We Offer:
