Paralegal – Medicare Appeals

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to step in where it matters most—helping patients secure the Medicare coverage they deserve. This role focuses on ALJ-level appeals, supporting cases that have already gone through several rounds of denial.

As the paralegal on these cases, you’ll review case files, collect medical/legal documentation, draft appeal submissions, and partner closely with patients, providers, and legal teams to build strong appeals. You’ll also ensure deadlines are met and cases are prepared thoroughly for hearing.

What we’re looking for:

• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of healthcare, Medicare, or insurance appeals preferred

• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills

• A compassionate, patient-focused mindset
