Accounts Receivable Supervisor – Healthcare/DME

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor with a strong healthcare billing background, including DME, A/R follow-up, and first-level denials. This role supports billing accuracy, collections, posting, and team leadership within our revenue cycle group.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support an A/R team (hiring, training, metrics, performance)

• Oversee medical billing, collections, and payment posting (EOB, EFT, ACH, checks)

• Manage claim denials, appeals, audits, and re-billing

• Ensure compliance with Medicare and payer guidelines

• Collaborate with intake, sales, and operations to improve processes

What We’re Looking For

• Healthcare billing + DME experience required

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong A/R follow-up and first-level denial resolution

• Knowledge of Medicare, commercial payers, and reimbursement processes

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative
