We are seeking a Consulting Sales Executive to join our team! The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for cost-reduction initiatives and implementing best business practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and develop processes for daily operations
• Devise strategies for improvement with in-house departments
• Create and manage relationships with customers and vendors
• Establish product inventory controls
• Perform routine audits
• Assist in project scheduling and administrative tasks
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

• Previous experience in business administration, operations, or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
