    Traverse Mountain Master Association (TMMA) is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and growth-minded individual to join our team as an ARC & Compliance Assistant. This is a long-term, career-building opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working within established guidelines while collaborating with homeowners, builders, and internal teams.

    This position plays a critical role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and compliance of our community. We are not in a rush to hire our priority is finding the right person who is interested in growing with TMMA long term.

    Responsibilities Committee & Compliance Responsibilities

    Collaborate with our architectural firm (Ward Engineering Group) to review newly built custom homes

    Track landscaping and fencing progress and enforce compliance until completion

    Ensure landscaping and fencing installations meet HOA standards

    Assist with onsite property inspections multiple times per week

    Support escrow and title sheet reviews for home sales (approximately 3,000 homes)

    Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation

    Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and vendors

    Rental Compliance Responsibilities

    Track and maintain approved rental properties

    Monitor platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, Facebook, and KSL for unapproved rentals

    Issue violation notices and process fines according to HOA policy

    Educate homeowners and realtors on rental rules and regulations

    Stay current on Lehi City and state rental regulations

    Conduct audits to ensure continued compliance

    Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Support

    Attend weekly ARC meetings

    Review architectural, landscaping, and fencing submittals

    Serve as a point of contact for homeowners during the review process

    Track revisions, approvals, and required follow-ups

    Conduct onsite inspections with homeowners and builders

    Maintain detailed and organized ARC records

    Assist with additional tasks as needed by the ARC Chair, Compliance Manager, or General Manager

    Growth Opportunity This role is intentionally designed with growth in mind. Within approximately one year, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to advance into the Aesthetic Review Committee (ARC) Chair role, based on performance, readiness, and organizational need. Advancement to ARC Chair includes:

    Increased leadership and decision-making responsibility

    Oversight of ARC meetings and approvals

    A corresponding pay increase

    Qualifications

    Strong written and verbal communication skills. including professional phone communication and timely, clear email correspondence

    Highly organized and detail-oriented

    Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

    Professional demeanor with the ability to de-escalate conflict

    Comfortable working independently while being part of a team

    Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or similar tools

    Willingness to learn HOA standards, policies, and procedures

    Valid driver’s license and comfort driving for inspections (company vehicle provided)

    This role requires confidence and professionalism when communicating by phone and email, often handling sensitive or time-sensitive matters.
