The Solar Facilitator will work closely with the Arch Electric teams in Milwaukee to facilitate the design, planning, construction and tracking of solar electric installations. This individual will support the development and implementation of residential and small commercial solar projects in Southeastern, WI. 

This is a full-time position. Some weekend and evening hours may be required for in person and virtual events. 

Individual will report directly to the Residential Sales Manager. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for inbound sales calls
• Respond to and qualify incoming leads for the Milwaukee Branch Office and additional Branches as needed
• Maintain a response time of 24 business hours for inbound leads
• Maintain client records in CRM
• Assist in the design of residential solar electric systems utilizing software
• Assist in the generation of proposals, contracts, and all other ProJet documents
• Assist with generation of required documentation for setup, permitting and interconnection

Additional Tasks 

• Data entry and other tasks required to properly track performance of projects
• Ensure accuracy in job setup
• Attend virtual and in person events to promote Arch Electric and solar energy
• Other relevant tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and systems is essential 
• Eagerness to speak with and email Wisconsinites who are interested in solar
• Demonstrated passion or enthusiasm for clean energy is essential to success
• Training from Midwest Renewable Energy Association or similar institutions preferred
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Wage Range $17-$20 Relative to Experience
