POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to develop visual communications that resonate with our target audience(s) and elevate our brands. The Graphic Designer will work within the Marketing team and will be responsible for the design creation of marketing collateral including (but not limited to) website content, printed brochures and catalogs, social media and email marketing graphic support, and video creation/editing. The ideal candidate with have extensive experience with WordPress, and most Adobe Design Software platforms. The Graphic Designer should have excellent time-management and decision-making skills, as well as high attention to detail, to accomplish tasks efficiently and accurately.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Website administration – continuously ensure website content is up-to-date.
• Proactively conduct periodic inventory of web content and identify content for archival and removal, as well as make suggestions for additions/updates.
• Develop templates for various content management.
• Graphics support for social media and email advertising.
• Work within established corporate identity package to create marketing collateral for print and digital channels including brochures, catalogs, folders, stickers, invitations, etc.
• Design graphics, animation, icons, banners, and manipulate digital photography for use on the website.
• Video creation & editing capabilities.
• Develop and implement creative designs including layout, color selection and/or illustrations for marketing collateral and other design projects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
