    Job Description

    Training is conducted on site in our Gilbert Arizona location, employees who have successfully met performance metrics, tenure and at home internet connectivity are eligible to work from home! :) Our Job Site is located at 971 N Gilbert Road Gilbert AZ 85234.

    INBOUND TECHNICAL / BILLING SPECIALIST

    • As a Technical and Billing specialist, you will assist and resolve internet connectivity issues through a variety of troubleshooting steps and diagnostic tools for residential and small businesses. Assist and answer questions regarding network connectivity, data usage and monthly charges or fees.
    • Understand and follow customer service techniques and procedures to provide the most professional service possible. Meet or exceed quality, performance, and production standards set by the company and the client. Set an example for appropriate and professional work place conduct, and contribute to a positive atmosphere and work environment.

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong multi-tasking skills, including conversing while navigating a CRM platform simultaneously
    • Proficiency in using at least two or more computer applications and programs simultaneously
    • Excellent active listening and communication skills, good judgement, patience, understanding, and the ability to de-escalate customers while resolving their issue
    • Must be able to articulate troubleshooting steps clearly and concise to all customers, including those who are elderly, hard of hearing or lack of internet knowledge
    • Must have basic knowledge of the following equipment and products
    • Modem, IPS, Upload/Download, Internet speed/service, Router, Broadband satellite internet and VOIP
    • 100% Attendance is required, and schedule flexibility is required
    • Shifts range from 5am start to 10pm end. Availability based on business needs and performance

    PAY STRUCTURE AND HOURS

    • Training (1st 2 weeks): $12.50 per/hr
    • Hour Bonus for working your schedule, kicks in after first two weeks!
    • After training:
    • Phase 1 Residential Tech - with schedule adherence bonus up to $14.50 per/hr
    • Phase 2 Residential Tech - with schedule adherence bonus up to $16.00 per/hr
    • Small Business Tech - with schedule adherence bonus up to $16.00 per/hr
    • Enterprise/Corporate Tech - with schedule adherence bonus up to $16.50 per/hr
    • 100% Attendance and schedule flexibility
    • Hours of Operation is Mon. thru Saturday- 5am to 10pm.
    • Shifts range from 5am start to 1pm start. Availability is based on business needs and performance.

    PREFERRED TECHNICAL/CALL CENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    CONSUMER AND SMALL BUSINESS:

    • 6 Months Call Center Experience
    • 6 Months Technical Support OR Tech School Courses Completed
