Essential Function: The Accounting Support Specialist’s primary responsibilities include processing accounts payable invoices, monthly franchise royalty billing and general accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable invoices for all entities
• Process monthly franchisee royalties billing and ACH payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit card accounts.
• Assist with month end close process and month end reconciliations.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online, generally accepted accounting principles.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and be a self-starter who works with integrity while also being a strong team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Education and Qualifications:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of accounting experience in QuickBooks preferred;
• Intermediate level Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables
Compensation: Salary based on experience. This position includes company standard benefits:
