    AREO is looking for a full-time Ecommerce Customer Service Coordinator to support the management of our ecommerce activities. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for you to be part of the rapidly growing field of Ecommerce. Using your analytical, detail oriented and organizational skills, you will support our talented team in ensuring and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of all ecommerce processes. We are looking for an outgoing and positive person, who enjoys a fast-paced, fun environment that caters to loyal and enthusiastic customers.

    The Team's Responsibilities:

    • Maintain product information on multiple external partner platforms
    • Ensure daily entry and accuracy of EDI functions with multiple partners
    • Interact with customers and resolve issues
    • Monitor ecommerce inventory and communicate deficiencies with internal teams
    • Data-driven; resolve issues relating to accuracy in technical, pricing, visual, content and copy. Analyze customer analytics for product recommendations
    • Maintain online assortment integrity as product status and inventory position changes
    • Actively monitor our website to be on top of marketing initiatives and aware of low inventory items
    • Work closely with warehouse to ensure order, data and procedural accuracy
    • Support IT department as needed
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal teams (e.g. sourcing, product management, content teams, digital marketing, customer service and sales) and our retail customer partners
    • Post customer payments as needed
    • Promptly respond to all emails and collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Must be analytical, articulate, and organized
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Able to quickly learn computer systems and functionality, EDI background a plus
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of formulas a plus
    • Strategic mindset; with proven analytical and quantitative skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Excellent organizational skills; able to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Strong follow up and follow through to ensure all tasks are fully completed
    • Comfortable working in a deadline-critical environment
    • Flexible and willing to learn new ideas and approaches
    • 1-3 years previous experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus

     

    Located in Irvine, we are an exclusive home accessory wholesaler with a very dedicated and growing customer base and are looking for someone who has a passion for expanding their skills in Ecommerce. Hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
