Armature Works Private Events is looking for bartenders to provide memorable experiences and exceptional service to exceed guests’ expectations. As a Bartender, you play a critical role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction.

1. Essential duties and responsibilities consist of but are not limited to:

· Participates in the timely set-up and take-down of bar/bar area at events; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility and event location

· Greets and serves customers in a professional and timely manner; ensures a pleasant visit and maintains effective guest relations

· Prepares alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and other beverages for guests

· Provide wine service at guest tables when required

· Maintains a clean bar at all times by wiping the bar regularly, disposing of debris and used glassware to bar tray jack

· Checks and maintains stock of glassware, beverages, and bar supplies and communicates shortages and needs to the barback

· Responsible for having full knowledge of beverage menus offered at the event

· Communicate any areas of need, problems, or concerns to the Event Manager or Supervisor

· Keep a neat and clean appearance at all times, arriving to shift in proper uniform

· Follows policies, procedures, and service standards

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience required
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25lbs
• Flexible Schedule Available: weekday, weekend with daytime and evening availability
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 21 years of age
