    Responsibilities

    • Proactive sales with new and current customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, including post-installation follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and to identify opportunities for additional sales or upgrades.
    • Visit and check in on plants/jobsites to ensure client's needs are met.
    • Attend bid meetings, prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates for Equipment & Installation solutions. Mitigate company risks while reviewing potential projects.
    • Use Project Management software to update schedules, track progress and document project progression.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular reports on sales progress, challenges, and market trends.
    • Work closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with the client's infrastructure and requirements.
    • Meet or exceed the sales goals given by the Business Unit Leader.
    • Review documents provided by the Project Managers
    • Communicate and oversee the Project Manager on all project statuses.
    • Oversees final-walk through with Foreman and Project Manager to ensure clients' satisfaction – seal the deal!

    Requirements

    • Business degree preferred or applicable years of industry experience.
    • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
    • 45 to 55 hours per work week in office.
    • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
    • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
