    Responsibilities

    • Lead and supervise a team of millwrights, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
    • Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure that work is completed on time and to high standards.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
    • Oversee the installation, alignment, and calibration of machinery and equipment, including conveyor systems, pumps, motors, and other industrial components.
    • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable safety standards.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years leading as a Millwright Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
    • Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
    • Proficiency in ready blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
    • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to safety and quality assurance, with a focus on minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency.
    • Availability to work extra hours and travel at least 75% of the time.
    • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
