    Responsibilities

    • Direct all activities at project location related to process piping, equipment & installation, HVAC, Thermal Fluid, and additional trades within project scope.
    • Ensure quality of workmanship remains in line with company standards and conforms to original plans and specifications.
    • Coordinate all onsite material, equipment, and team members.
    • Schedule all subcontractor's portion of projects.
    • Analyze situations, identify, and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action.
    • Effectively utilize tradesmen assigned to project.
    • Coordinate onsite work with onsite trades
    • Maintain all records and documents and ensure that they are returned to the office.
    • Promoting outstanding customer service and client relations
    • Ensures project progresses smoothly and is completed in an organized and timely manner.
    • Notifies project management of job-site emergencies, work interferences, and schedule difficulties.
    • Use Procore software to maintain a detailed daily record of all jobsite activities. As well as continuous documented communication for all project activities.
    • Keeps accurate records of employee time sheets by reporting time and tasks completed to project management consistently and frequently.
    • Maintains control over the project's tools, inventory, equipment, and security. Coordinates placement and storage of materials, tools, and supplies used during construction.
    • Builds effective client and subcontractor relationships.

    Requirements

    • Experience in multiple trade disciplines and working as a foreman.
    • Experience in managing large projects in poultry processing industry
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Hands experience with QA/QC to ensure project conforms with Plans & Specs
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing customer needs.
    • Ability to travel 75% of the time
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
    • 45 to 55 hours per work week in the office and on project site.
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
    • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
