    Marketing Responsibilities

    • Track social media metrics and brand management by monitoring all social media platforms.
    • Create and implement social media objectives and strategies.
    • Keep detailed inventory of all promotional items and stay on top of orders and keeping things stocked.
    • Work with multiple vendors on getting proofs for logo wear and all promotional items
    • Assist the Communications team with email marketing campaigns for external and internal purposes (constant contact experience preferred)
    • Assist with updating and changing the company website/brand management
    • Help plan and assist the execution of all digital marketing
    • Write and create monthly internal newsletter
    • Involved with employee relations events and activities
    • Design and review promotional materials for external and internal purposes
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create communication materials

    Run Errands

    • Must have reliable vehicle
    • Pick up orders from different vendors as needed
    • Running other misc. errands as needed

    Events

    • Attend company sponsorship and affiliated events
    • Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of employee relations events, including team building, recognition ceremonies, etc.
    • Assist in implementing creative ideas to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

    Requirements

    • Must be detail oriented and can work well across many different departments

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva preferred

    • Experience with Constant Contact preferred

    • Experience with Loomly or social media scheduling platform preferred

    • Familiar with social media platforms

    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail

    • Must be available to work some evenings and weekend

    • Valid driver's license

    • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
