ARRI INC., world renowned distributor of Premier Professional Motion Picture Camera and Lighting equipment is looking for a HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST, or in other words a superhero who can do it all J.

This critical role will join an HR team supporting our employees across the America’s. This position will be the primary HR support person for our ARRI Rental division in NJ and NY as well as our ARRI Canada division in Toronto and Vancouver.

This role provides some location flexibility, it will be a hybrid role working from home a few days a week as well as working in our Brooklyn and Secaucus, NJ offices. The home office for this role will be in Brooklyn.

The main areas of responsibilities for this role include:

·         Full cycle recruitment

·         Employee onboarding and orientation

·         Employee and management counseling

·         Responsible for performance management process

·         Leave Management

·         HR administration and record keeping

·         Shared responsibility for employee activities, outings, and wellness programs

We require 5 years of experience in Human Resources, a minimum of 2 years in a Generalist capacity. You must possess considerable skill in interview technique and expertise in the area of recruitment, performance management and employee relations.

The ability to empathize, motivate and support is critical to success in this role. Top notch mediation skills and high attention to detail are necessary.
