Summary: Become a member of the Sales Team and assist Management with all Sales, Purchasing and Marketing activities.
Sales Associate Activities:
Enter New Customer / Vendor information to ERP’s database in accordance to compliance procedures.
Assists administrating all RFQ, and Quotation activities
-Prepares Customer’s Quotes and assist with Quotes follow-up and related general communications with Customers and vendors
-Assists in administrating Sales-Orders
Assists in all Purchasing and Sub-Contracting activities
Assist in resolving problems with both Customers’ Sales-Orders as well as Vendor’s Purchase-Orders related to discrepancies, late deliveries and general contract administration.
Coordinate with Finance all issues related to Customer and Vendor’s Credit Terms.
Generate internal reports for operation management needs. Including but not limited to Vendor’s Orders expediting and Customer Sales Orders Status.
Assist Customer with Shipping Advice and after-sale service.
Work and train in a dynamic team environment.
Follow Processes, procedures and functions in accordance with ISO Standard 9001:2008 as well as ASA-100 / FAA AC 00-56B.
Qualifications:
-* Aviation material and services supply; industry experience highly preferred*
-* *Undergraduate / Graduate degree preferred
-** 2+ years experience preferred.
