Summary: Become a member of the Sales Team and assist Management with all Sales, Purchasing and Marketing activities.

Sales Associate Activities:

• Enter New Customer / Vendor information to ERP’s database in accordance to compliance procedures.

• Assists administrating all RFQ, and Quotation activities

-Prepares Customer’s Quotes and assist with Quotes follow-up and related general communications with Customers and vendors

-Assists in administrating Sales-Orders

• Assists in all Purchasing and Sub-Contracting activities

• Assist in resolving problems with both Customers’ Sales-Orders as well as Vendor’s Purchase-Orders related to discrepancies, late deliveries and general contract administration.

• Coordinate with Finance all issues related to Customer and Vendor’s Credit Terms.

• Generate internal reports for operation management needs. Including but not limited to Vendor’s Orders expediting and Customer Sales Orders Status.

• Assist Customer with Shipping Advice and after-sale service.

• Work and train in a dynamic team environment.

• Follow Processes, procedures and functions in accordance with ISO Standard 9001:2008 as well as ASA-100 / FAA AC 00-56B.

Qualifications:

-* Aviation material and services supply; industry experience highly preferred*

-* *Undergraduate / Graduate degree preferred

-** 2+ years experience preferred.
