If you are self-motivated with a desire for high earning potential we want you on our team! Our reps earn between $90-110k (our top performers have earned in excess of $200k).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exhibit a pleasant demeanor and exceptional customer service skills
• Assertive professional with experience acquiring/selling new and existing residential clients
• Meet with current and potential clients to evaluate their homes and provide solutions to repair, service or replace their current plumbing systems with one call close sales techniques
• Achieve minimum monthly sales goals
• Frequent follow up with prospects and customers to ensure positive results
• Submit activity report as required
• Maintain contact with prospects and follow up with open proposals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Residential/in-home sales experience
• Customer service experience
• Strong sales skills with a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and organization skills
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• Service industry experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and good driving record are required
