*Jax Pacific West Insurance Services! *is seeking a self-motivated, charismatic individual to join a rapidly growing sales team. Extensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. Sales or Insurance experience is not necessary(although preferred). If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train you!

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Proactively develop new accounts and build your client base through lead generation.

• Excellent Customer Service. • Effectively managing customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
