Job Description

We’re looking for an individual with the right mix of creative skills to design incredible user experiences as well as the technical front end ability to implement them. You will be responsible for the in-house production, modification, and maintenance of the company's websites, overall marketing direction, creation/overseeing of advertising campaigns, social media promotions and outsourced video productions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

· Maintain and expand the Company's web marketing, creative designs, and applications, both internal and consumer facing

· Use Google Adwords & Google Analytics data to create successful web campaigns

· Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

· Create modern interface designs for company’s internal software, displays, and dashboards

· Work both alone and as part of a team with minimal supervision

· Actively contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions as requested

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

. 3+ years of working UX/UI/Web Design experience

· Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP

· Ability to write markup from scratch using Bootstrap & Zurb Foundation Framework

· Working knowledge of client side Javascript/JQUERY

· Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

· Experience in creating custom themes in WordPress CMS

· Great wire-framing and prototyping skills

· Excellent command of user experience methods, design principles and problem-framing skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· A firm grasp of Search Engine Optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices

· Strong knowledge Google Analytics & Google Adwords

· The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects and deadlines

· Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and other relevant design tools for high fidelity prototypes
