A well-established design-build development firm located in Century City/ Los Angeles, specializing in unique, high-end modern architectural projects has an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual with a passion for great design. We are looking for a PROJECT ARCHITECT with a strong, creative and skillful design vocabulary, able to lead an energetic process. Candidates should have architectural expertise, and possess strong graphic and verbal communication skills, able to effectively work in a team environment. Job Requirements: · Degree in Architecture. · Minimum 3 years in high-end multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial and hospitality projects. · Minimum 5 years of Revit Modeling experience · Highly proficient and minimum of 5 years of using AutoCAD, Photoshop, Rhino and Sketch Up. · Expert design skills, skillful at program development, and possessing a solid understanding of structure. · Ability to put together full construction document sets and manage the entitlement process and permitting. · Ability to understand and generate complete detailed plans and working sketches. · Competence in multi-tasking and working with multiple deadlines. *Please submit your resume and work samples for our review.
