Hiring: AS400 / SYNON / RxClaim Technical Lead 📍 Location: Remote 💼 Experience: 8+ years in SYNON | 3+ years in RxClaim Adjudication NO OPT/CPT

We are looking for an experienced AS400/SYNON/RxClaim Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to healthcare pharmacy claims and RxClaim development projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SYNON and AS400 development, along with solid knowledge of healthcare pharmacy claims adjudication, claims pricing, and Medicare/Medicaid claims.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to RxClaim development and enhancement projects

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain applications using SYNON and AS400

Work with COBOL/400 and related IBM i technologies

Support pharmacy claims adjudication and pricing processes

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical resolutions

Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders

Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development team members

✅ SYNON – 8+ years ✅ RxClaim / Pharmacy Claims Adjudication – 3+ years ✅ Healthcare Pharmacy Claims & Pricing ✅ COBOL/400 ✅ AS400 / IBM i ✅ Experience with Medicare & Medicaid claims ✅ Strong understanding of claims processing and adjudication workflows ✅ Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
