    Job Description

    We are seeking an Customer Services Rep for student loans to become an integral part of our team! This is a great opportunity if you are a problem solver, love to educate clients and enjoy a casual environment!     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as first point of contact for all inquires
    • Perform general administrative work such as data entry with special attention to detail
    • Advise clients of programs available to them
    • Clearly communicate requirements and program via phone

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service is a plus! 
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Punctuality is a must!
    • Driven to assist clients
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
    • Willing to learn and adapt
