Job Function: Plans and generates all in house documents and data necessary for production of printed circuit boards.

Essential duties and responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• CAM tooling with use of Pentalogix or Genesis 2000 software
• Resolve design related manufacturing issues
• Process planning based on customer files, orders, and manufacturing capabilities
• Create shop traveler, documents, drawings, and electronic data necessary for production
• Conversion of customer design files from varying software packages
• Running of automation scripts in CAM software
• Use in house ERP systems and reports to update order status and customer communications

Requirements:

• Intermediate computer skills preferred

• Ability to climb stairs and sit for extended periods of time

• Programming and CAM software experiences preferred

• Customer service skills preferred

• Must have great attention to detail

• Ability to work unsupervised and under tight deadlines

• Must have excellent problem solving skills

• Quality Conscious

• Excellent attendance

• Requires good eyesight for close vision and fine details

• May need to lift 25lbs or less on occasion

• Must have a High School diploma or GED Minimum

• Production/Circuit Board manufacturing experience preferred, not required

• Basic math skills to include fractions & decimals, understanding of both standard & metric measurement systems

• Display excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with coworkers & customers ; including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.

• Create professional written communications, including grammar and spelling

• Affinity for computers/technically savvy

• Will train the right person
